Crowd Controller Licensing Upgrade
To maintain the Crowd Controller function on your QLD Security License you may need to revalidate your qualifications!
When it’s time to renew your security license you may find some changes. To maintain the Crowd Controller function on your license professional development will be required.
You will be required to show proof within a stated time frame that you have completed and are maintaining the following units of competency:
| CPPSEC3002A | Manage conflict through negotiation |
| CPPSEC3013A | Control persons using empty hand techniques |
| HLTFA301B | Apply first aid* |
*PN: If your Senior First Aid Qualification is up-to-date you may not need to do this. If you require First Aid it is an additional $75.00 and 1 day in the classroom.
